Key milestones in the growth and development of Ponontle Group
2006: Humble Beginnings
Ponontle Information Systems was born in Rustenburg's Northwest, founded by a team of passionate ICT professionals. With small beginnings, our signature has always been delivering quality tech solutions across South Africa.
2010-2015: Expansion & Transformation
Riding on early IT success, we broadened our horizons:
- Launched Business Solutions, offering project management, stakeholder liaison, and enterprise upliftment.
- Registered as a diversified entity, gaining recognition and accreditation in public-sector collaborations.
2015-2020: New Divisions & Government Collaboration
Our brand grew with the founding of:
- Ponontle Consulting – a hub of strategists, designers, and digital change-makers.
- Ponontle Construction – providing MEP and civil services for infrastructure upliftment.
- Ponontle Institute of Learning (Fumani IOL) – becoming a fully registered TVET institution aligned with DHET and SETA standards.
2020-2025: Diversification & Leadership
